CONTRACT   FOR PURCHASE OF KITTEN

We  guarantee that you will receive a healthy kitten. Our kittens before going home will have an veterinarian check them out to make sure they are healthy and no problems.The vet will give us a health record  also and first shots.

You will have 72hours to take your kitten to your own vet for and examination. In the event of any problem found by your vet, you may return your kitten right away for a refund or replacement. After this time we can not be responsible for any type of transmitted or contagiuos illness a kitten may come in contact with after leaving here.We will gaurantee the health of all kittens for a year from purchase date for congenital defects. You will be required to take to the vet and have proof of the problem at your expense.

If you purchase a pet kitten ,you agree to have kitten spayed or neutered by the time they reach 6months of age.At that time with proof of altering you shall recieve your tica papers.

Kitten purchased as a breeder, will recieve the papers with full payment  of the kitten .

If kitten is to be picked up here the person who bought the kitten needs to pick it up.

If you can no longer keep the kitten/cat you agree to contact us and you will not place it in a shelter or pet store.We have first right of refusal.

A deposit of $100.00  will be made to hold the  kitten of  your choice and that is non-refundable.

We accept paypal, cash and checks. The checks must clear before kitten is shipped or picked up. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved and it is non-transferable.If cat/kitten is resold this contract is null and void.
